1994 Cruiser Yacht Esprit 3370

I purchased in 1998 and since made many upgrades. The boat was repowered in 2002 with two Mercruiser Horizon 6.2L MPI (Fuel Injected) 320 HP gas engines with closed cooling. Currently 650 hrs. Manifolds and risers changed at 400 hrs but really didn't need it. The originals looked real good. The generator added in 2003 is a Kohler 7.3E currently with 1140 hrs. The generator manifold was changed at 1125hrs (the original also looked good). None of the engines use oil. The A/C and hot water heater were replaced in 2007. Very few hours on both. The boat weathered hurricane Irma well. I had it "spider webbed" at the end of our canal and it didn't take on any water other than some rain water leakage around the door seals that lightly stained the carpet. The carpet should clean up nice. The starboard bow rail was damaged by another boat that was adrift. There was also some minor gelcoat damage (cosmetic) to the starboard side of the swim platform. All the exterior seating was in a shed and was completely submerged in saltwater during the storm surge form Irma. The foam rubber was water logged and ruined but the important seating foundations are PVC and easily re-covered. The canvas (in the same shed as the seating) was submerged but cleaned up pretty good. It will probably need some restitching. The eisen glass needs replaced. The sun screening looks like new. Did a lot of cruising around both Florida and Bahamas in this boat. It is roomy with a 12' beam and 36' 6" LOA. Larger than later model 33' cruisers because the swim platform is not included in waterline length. 33" draft. Sleeps a total of six comfortably. The rear salon sleeper sofa was replaced with a custom teak full size built in berth with storage underneath. This boat has tons of storage space inside and out. Good AC/DC refrigerator, micro, alcohol or electric stove. 17 gallon holding tank w/macerator or vacuum pump out. Large double wide helm seat on top of large storage locker. The bulkhead between the engine compartment and the salon has been modified by adding large access doors to gain direct access to the front of the engines. Great improvement for maintenance. Moved to Marathon in 2014 and used the boat as a live aboard while we built our house. It simply didn't get taken out much at all since then but I do periodically run the engines and genset (on fresh water only). They run great. I have always kept a dehumidifier in the boat salon (with the engine compartment doors open). I had plans to make the boat ship shape and take a trip up the Tennessee River to Chattanooga but hurricane Irma has changed those plans. I simply don't have the time or resources now. The boat was last hauled two years ago here in Marathon (no blisters by the way) and given two good coats of Petit Vivid bottom paint.
